These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the citi88 platform, including all gaming services, promotions, and payment facilities. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own legal risk.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual person may hold only one citi88 Account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, mobile number, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or any other identifier — are strictly prohibited. citi88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void all associated bonuses and winnings.
2.4 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your citi88 Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. citi88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify citi88 support immediately via live chat. citi88 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
3.3 Account Dormancy. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or gameplay activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. citi88 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any fee is applied and may reactivate their account by contacting citi88 support.
3.4 Account Verification Requests. citi88 may request additional identity or payment method verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by citi88 may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. citi88 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account.
4.3 Deposit Fees. citi88 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which citi88 accepts no liability.
4.4 Funds Must Be Your Own. You warrant that all funds deposited into your citi88 Account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. citi88 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases involving suspected financial crime.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the citi88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, which may differ from interbank rates.
5.1 Withdrawal Processing. citi88 targets a 1–2 hour processing time for withdrawals to Touch n Go eWallet and Boost. Other payment methods may have different processing times as displayed in the cashier. Processing times are targets and not guaranteed; exceptional circumstances including technical issues, enhanced verification requirements, or high-volume periods may result in longer processing times.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.3 Withdrawal to Same Method. citi88 applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be processed, where practicable, to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. If the same method is not available, citi88 support will advise on the available alternatives.
5.4 KYC Prior to First Withdrawal. No withdrawal will be processed until full KYC identity verification has been successfully completed. This is a one-time requirement.
5.5 Wagering of Deposited Funds. Deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal request will be accepted. This requirement applies to deposits only, not to winnings from bonus play, which are subject to the specific bonus wagering requirements.
Withdrawal requests submitted while an active bonus is in play will be subject to the bonus wagering requirements. Cancelling an active bonus prior to withdrawal may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 One Bonus Per Household / IP / Device. Promotional offers are restricted to one per person, household, IP address, shared device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. citi88 reserves the right to cancel and claw back bonuses where it determines that promotional offers have been claimed in breach of this restriction.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. Strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play between accounts, low-risk wagering strategies to extract bonus value with minimal risk exposure, and any other methods deemed by citi88 to constitute bonus abuse — are prohibited. citi88 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and close accounts in such cases.
6.5 citi88 Discretion. citi88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses not claimed within the validity period specified will expire automatically.
7.1 Game Rules. Individual game rules are displayed within each game interface and may be supplemented by provider-specific rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, citi88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the players involved. citi88 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a technical malfunction.
7.3 Palpable Errors. Bets placed at odds or stakes that are the result of an obvious error (including software errors or human input errors) may be voided by citi88 at its discretion. citi88 will notify affected players and refund their stake amounts.

11.1 Platform Availability. citi88 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. 11.2 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, citi88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if citi88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 Gaming Losses. citi88 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of the Platform. All games have a built-in house edge and there is no guarantee of winning. Players gamble at their own risk.
11.4 Third-Party Services. citi88 is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game providers, or any other third parties whose services are integrated into the Platform.
12.1 Termination by citi88. citi88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, sustained inactivity, or where citi88 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk or liability.
12.2 Termination by Player. Players may close their citi88 Account at any time by contacting citi88 support. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to any pending wagering requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, your licence to use the Platform is revoked. Any bonus balances or pending bonus credits will be forfeited. Outstanding verified real-money balances will be returned in accordance with clause 12.2.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under citi88's international gaming licence jurisdiction.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and citi88, you should contact citi88 support in the first instance. citi88 aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint. 13.3 Complaints Process. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to citi88 support with full details of the dispute, including your account username, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
